Proclaimed on 28 November 1941. The Doctrine of Three Equalities sought equality between individuals, nations and states through equality in politics (universal suffrage), the economy (nationalization of land and major industries) and education (free compulsory schooling).

Calling for a democratic republic, universal suffrage, nationalized land and compulsory education, it set the direction for nation-building after liberation.
